Preferred formats for screen printed pens is vector-based EPS (.eps), Illustrator (.ai) or CorelDraw (.cdr), for PC. All fonts must be converted to curves/outlines. Please always ensure you include your required print colour(s) stating pantone colour references where necessary.
Bitmap files (.JPG, .GIF, .TIF etc) may at times be suitable, but most likely will need to be re-drawn into the correct vector format specified above. In these instances there may be a small charge, but please be assured this will in no way extend the delivery date of your order.
For full colour printed pens bitmap files (.JPG, .GIF, .TIF etc) may be supplied. We reccommend 300dpi (pixels per inch) images as these are best for print purposes.
A PDF proof will be emailed to you within 48 hours of receipt of your order showing how your artwork will look on your chosen pen. We ask you to check this very carefully and, once you approve it, we are then ready to proceed to print.
